Aboriginal Business Leadership Initiative

Strengthen your leadership. Grow your business.

Kaala Barna is partnering with the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development and the Goldfields-Esperance Development Commission to deliver this program for Aboriginal people in the Goldfields-Esperance region.

About ABLI

The Aboriginal Business Leadership Initiative (ABLI) is a free, culturally safe program specifically designed for Aboriginal business owners and Aboriginal-led organisations across the Goldfields-Esperance region.

ABLI supports enterprise activity in all its forms, from sole-traders and small businesses through to ACCO’s and PBC’s establishing and managing community-based enterprises and income-generating initiatives.

This initiative provides comprehensive development and support to strengthen leadership, capability, operational confidence, and resilience for long-term success. It is designed with a flexible and tailored approach ensuring participants get support that suits their needs best.
